We’re back! Season 3 of The Huntsman kicks off with Chris and the crew heading deep into the Victorian High Country for an epic public land Sambar deer hunting adventure. With camp set up in an unfamiliar corner of the bush, Chris teams up with Queenslanders Brad and Linda on the first mission — the goal: to bag a Sambar.

There’s fresh sign, stag rubs, and high hopes… until an unexpected visit from some hounds throws a spanner in the works. It’s real, raw, and unmistakably Aussie.

Back at camp, the crew enjoys a feed of wild venison osso bucco, prepared with the help of Carnivore Collective’s meat processing tools.
